An 11,000 s.f. building proposed to be built in spring 2014 by the Tahoe Donner Homeowner’s Association. The Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center features a cross country rental area, dining room, lounge area, cafeteria, full kitchen, program rooms, offices, wax rooms, employee locker room, public locker rooms, and a large south facing patio area that looks out to the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Trails.

In coordination with an Established international home builder, Dale Cox Architects has created various schematic designs of large scale 10,000 S.F.+ residences in a high end beach community, Hiakou, China.

Here you will see the preliminary development of small residential cabins, multiple-unit condominium complex with hotel features, and other large scale resort style properties.

A 13,000-acre year-round private resort, the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, MT, is one of the most prestigious resorts in the United States. Dale Cox Architects was the original architect on the project, designing the lavish Warren Miller Lodge, a 130,000 square foot facility that includes two restaurants, two bars, a 200-seat theater and 31 condos. The firm also designed 15 private homes, the resort’s gatehouse and the Mountain Chalets—large duplexes that contain 5,000 square feet of living space on each side.

Located in Portola, CA, this golf course resort features a 400-lot residential development and golf course. The project’s resort architect, Dale Cox Architects designed all the resort facilities to include the sales office, entry gatehouse, pro shop, the lake house snack bar, swim and fitness center, and the entry signage.

These mountain-style townhomes in Truckee, CA, feature duplexes that range from 2,000 to 2,600 square feet, each with one common wall and a two-car garage. Dale Cox Architects also designed the community’s gatehouse, maintenance buildings and a clubhouse.
